1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions apply:

• "be998", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the be998 platform accessible at be998.io and all associated sub-domains and mobile-optimised versions of the site.
• "Platform" means the be998 website, mobile site, and any application through which betting, casino, or gaming services are provided.
• "Member", "you", "your" refers to any individual who has successfully registered a player account on the be998 platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a Member on the Platform, including the associated wallet balance denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Wallet" means the BDT-denominated balance held within a Member's Account and available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to a Member's Account as part of a promotional offer, which may be subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any financial stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, crash game, or other gaming product available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures, including the submission and verification of government-issued identification documents.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), which is the reference time zone for all Platform operations, transaction timestamps, and promotional deadlines.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, which is the sole currency used on the be998 Platform.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The be998 Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. be998 enforces a strict age verification policy and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any Member at any time. Any Account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals will be placed on hold, and any winnings accumulated from underage play will be forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is operated for and directed at players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online betting and casino gaming is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform. be998 makes no representation that the services offered are legal in all locations. If you access the Platform from a jurisdiction where such activity is prohibited, you do so entirely at your own risk and be998 bears no responsibility for any consequence arising from such access.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid mobile phone number, and a working email address. You must not use fictitious names, false identities, or another person's information during registration. be998 reserves the right to close any Account where registration information is found to be materially inaccurate or misleading.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active Account on the be998 Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. If be998 identifies duplicate Accounts associated with the same individual, we reserve the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated Accounts, forfeit any Bonus Funds held within those Accounts, and void any pending bets or winnings derived from duplicate Account activity.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passcode (OTP) with any other person. be998 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. Any action taken on the Platform using your login credentials will be considered to have been authorised by you unless you have previously notified us of a suspected security breach.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

be998 operates a KYC verification process in accordance with standard anti-money laundering (AML) practices. Members may be required to submit the following documents before withdrawal requests are processed or before account limits are increased:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (Bangladesh National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot showing the bKash or Nagad account number matching the account registered with be998).
• Proof of residential address in Bangladesh dated within the past three months (where required).

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed. be998 will process submitted KYC documents within 3 business days.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. If your Account holds a positive balance, be998 will process a withdrawal of the available funds to your verified payment method within 5 business days of the closure request, provided all outstanding KYC requirements have been met. Self-exclusion requests are processed separately under the Responsible Gaming provisions in Section 9 of these Terms.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

be998 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh-based players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Sonali Bank, Islami Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time and be998 will notify Members of any material changes via the Platform or email.

4.2 Deposits

All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. be998 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your Wallet within 10 seconds. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to 2 hours during standard banking hours. be998 does not charge a fee for deposits, although your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method that is registered in your own name and has previously been used for a deposit, or has been verified during the KYC process. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 15–30 minutes during normal operating hours. VIP Members benefit from priority withdrawal processing with an approximate processing time of 5 minutes. be998 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing withdrawal requests over ৳50,000 per transaction.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the be998 Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is required or applied. All Wallet balances, bet amounts, winnings, and withdrawal amounts are displayed and settled in BDT.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

be998 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, all bonus credits and free bet winnings are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real funds. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games or markets will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms. Wagers placed on certain game types (e.g., progressive jackpot slots, low-margin live casino bets) may not count, or may count at a reduced rate, toward the satisfaction of wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

be998 takes a strict approach to the misuse of promotional offers. Actions considered to constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to claim the same welcome offer, using software to exploit bonus mechanics, hedging bets across multiple Accounts to guarantee a risk-free outcome from a promotional offer, or any activity that be998 determines in its reasonable judgment to constitute exploitation of a promotional offer in a manner not intended. Bonus abuse may result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds, cancellation of associated winnings, and permanent Account suspension.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on the be998 Platform are final once confirmed. A bet is considered confirmed when you receive an on-screen confirmation message and the stake is deducted from your Wallet. be998 does not accept responsibility for bets that are not completed due to internet connectivity issues on the Member's side. If a bet is not confirmed due to a technical issue on be998's systems, the stake will be returned to your Wallet.

6.2 Odds and Markets

be998 reserves the right to suspend, remove, or modify betting markets and odds at any time before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation are binding. be998 offers pre-match and in-play (live) betting markets on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ODIs, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other sports, as well as virtual sports markets.

6.3 Void Bets

be998 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances: if the bet was placed at odds that were materially incorrect due to a manifest error; if the underlying event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned in circumstances that fall outside the scope of the specific market's settlement rules; if be998 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the bet was placed as part of a coordinated match-fixing or irregular betting activity; or if the event result is officially reversed or amended by the relevant governing body after settlement.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum single-event winnings are subject to limits set by be998, which may vary by sport, market, and Member account tier. Current maximum payout limits are displayed within the relevant betting market. be998 reserves the right to adjust maximum payout limits at any time with reasonable notice.

7 Casino & Games

7.1 Game Providers

All casino games available on the be998 Platform are supplied by internationally certified third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Play'n GO, Red Tiger, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, and Relax Gaming. These providers operate under their own licenses and certification frameworks. be998 does not control the underlying game software or random number generation (RNG) mechanisms, which are independently audited by the relevant game certification bodies.

7.2 Game Availability

The availability of specific games on the Platform may change from time to time as game providers update their catalogues or as be998 adjusts its product offering. be998 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game title. No compensation will be provided for the removal of a game from the Platform.

7.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game session — including disconnections, server errors, or interrupted game rounds — the outcome of the affected game round will be determined in accordance with the game provider's malfunction policy. be998 will use reasonable efforts to ensure that affected wagers are voided and stakes returned where a definitive outcome cannot be established. Winnings generated during a demonstrable software malfunction that produced an erroneous result are not valid and will not be paid out.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the be998 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one Account, whether under your own identity or a false one.
• Identity Fraud: Using another person's identity, payment method, or personal information to open or operate an Account.
• Underage Gambling: Registering or placing bets if you are under 21 years of age, or knowingly facilitating underage access to the Platform.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner that bypasses normal human interaction.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer format.
• Exploitation of Errors: Taking advantage of manifest pricing errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities to place bets or claim winnings that would not have been available under normal operating conditions.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets on events where you have inside knowledge of a predetermined or manipulated outcome, or participating in any form of sports corruption.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are derived from illegal activity, or using the Platform in any manner designed to obscure the origin of funds.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargeback requests with your payment provider in relation to deposits made to the be998 Platform.

9 Responsible Gaming

be998 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all of its Members. We believe that gambling should be a form of entertainment and never a financial necessity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Members from their Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit into your Wallet. Limits take effect immediately and can only be decreased within a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play duration after which be998 will display a notification and, if elected, automatically end your session.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Reality Check Reminders: Configure periodic pop-up notifications reminding you of the time elapsed during your current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary (30-day minimum) or permanent exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Members who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by registering a new Account.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the be998 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of be998 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of be998.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, be998 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or any other commercial or financial losses, even if be998 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

be998's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Wallet during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

be998 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. We do not guarantee that any particular sporting event or casino game will be available at any given time.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude be998's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Privacy & Data

be998's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with it.

be998 implements SSL-256 encryption across the Platform to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. We may share your data with our game providers, payment processors, and identity verification partners as necessary to operate the Platform and comply with our legal obligations.

13 Amendments

be998 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, be998 will notify registered Members by email and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform at least 7 calendar days before the changes take effect. The revised Terms and Conditions will be identified by an updated version number and effective date at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Section 3.3 above.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the Platform. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process will be referred to binding arbitration. The arbitration will be conducted in English, and the arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
